Confidence labels
- High: connected official source for the market and check type.
- Medium: official source exists, but exact status depends on parcel facts or agency portal verification.
- Low: no stable official source is connected yet; we route to the safest public source path.
What we do not do
No guessed HOA membership, dues, assessments, balances, or title status. We do not turn weak clues into a yes/no answer when an official record, map, permit, ordinance, or agency decision is required.
